Fox Entertainment Global (FEG) has headed to TV shows in London with a new-look sales team.
Fox Entertainment’s worldwide content sales division has hired three senior executives who will oversee the distribution of in-house and third-party IP in most key territories.
Simona Argenti will serve as Senior Vice President, Content Sales, for the EMEA region, Nathalie Wogue will be Senior Vice President, Global Format Sales and Roxanne Probably has been named Senior Director, Content Sales for the US and Latin America.
They will join Jody Cipriano, Vice President, Sales, Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand; Andy Whiteman, Sales Consultant; and Brook Peters, Senior Vice President at Neshama Releasing, which oversees the distribution of FEG titles in Canada.
Argenti will be based alongside Smyth in London, while Wogue and Likely will operate out of FEG’s headquarters in Los Angeles. They join current FEG sales executives Jody Cipriano, Vice President, Sales, Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, Andy Whiteman, Sales Consultant, and Brook Peters, Senior Vice President, Neshama Releasing, who oversees the distribution of the titles FEG in Canada.
Argenti will be based alongside David Smyth, FEG’s Executive Vice President of Content Sales and Partnerships, while Wogue and Likely will operate out of FEG’s LA headquarters.
Argent’s hiring reunites him with Smyth, both of whom have moved on to Beyond Rights. She was Head of Sales under Smyth following the merger of Beyond’s sales division with her previous company, TCB Media Rights. In between that role and this one, she worked at technology company Salesforce, helping clients such as the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 with their digital transformation strategies. She also worked as head of sales at BBC Studios.
Format veteran Vogue has already consulted for Fox. She was most recently the International Format Strategist for Fox’s in-house studio, Fox Alternative Entertainment, working on the studio’s International Unscripted Format Fund and developing formats such as Beat My Mini-Mes with France’s TF1), The Marriage Market with Germany’s ProSieben), Famous masterpiece with Thailand work point) and Big Deal with Ireland’s Virgin Media Television).
She previously worked as a journalist, freelance producer, Head of Development at Fremantle France, Global Vice President of Formats at IMG Entertainment, Head of International at Endemol France and President of a joint venture between Endemol and Mark Burnett Productions.
Likely joins FEG from Paramount Global, where she has been Director, Content Acquisitions for the past three years. In that role, she acquired content for 15 Paramount-owned platforms and channels. She also spent nearly nine years at Miramax, first in a worldwide strategy role and then in sales.

The executives are coming together weeks ahead of the TV shows in London, where FEG is set to air shows such as the music quiz series We are family, Beat My Mini-Mes and animated comedy Grimsburg.
