A Jan. 16 hearing saw Robinson’s attorneys continue their push to remove the local prosecutor from the case due to an alleged conflict of interest.

In response, Judge Graf declined and ruled that an evidentiary hearing would be held to determine whether the prosecutor should be removed.

Robinson is now expected back in court on February 3 and has yet to enter a plea.
