BAY COUNTY – The summer season may be winding down in Bay County, but the music scene is still growing.
Area venues welcome local musicians and bands to play throughout Bay County on a daily basis. Options abound in the city, and there are plenty of opportunities to catch live music any day of the week.
From Panama City to 30A, here’s a look at where live music is happening through the end of the month:

‘A Time to Feel Good’: Play Music on the Porch Day returns to Panama City and St. Louis. Andrews
The small village and the Finns
Relax under the palapa and enjoy live music at Little Village & Finns, 2808 W. 12th St. in St. Andrews. All shows are free, family and pet friendly. Grab a drink from the bar, shop the boutique or enjoy some tacos from Finns Island Style Grub. Little Village & Finns have shows scheduled through next week. Here’s a look at the shows:

Harrison’s Kitchen and Bar

Enjoy Southern and coastal flavors at Panama City’s newest waterfront restaurant, Harrison’s Kitchen and Bar, 5 Harrison Ave. The restaurant invites local musicians to perform from 6 to 9 p.m. every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and during Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Here’s a look at who’s performing this week :

Saltwater grill
Head to Saltwater Grill, 11040 Hutchison Blvd., in Panama City Beach on a Friday or Saturday night for a great meal while listening to live music by George Allen. The Panama City musician will bring a night of soulful music from 7-10pm both nights.
In downtown Panama City and Historic St. Andrews
Stroll through the streets of downtown and St. Andrews to enjoy live music at local businesses and restaurants for Play Music on the Porch Day.
More than 25 performers can be found at local venues in downtown Panama City on Saturday from 2-4 p.m., and nearly 50 musicians in the St. Louis area. Andrews from 3-6 p.m.
Play Music on the Porch Day is an annual worldwide event for musicians to play music outside on the porches of area businesses and restaurants. Every year, on the last Saturday in August, musicians from all over the world find common ground through music, regardless of their differences.
Barracuda Beach Bar and Grill
Barracuda Beach Bar and Grill, 6628 Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, will bring live music to the main stage Friday night. Enjoy a night of great food, strong drinks and great music with Salt Rock Band performing live with special guest Spike from Sticky Tea and Chris from The Healers. The show runs from 9pm to midnight.

Henry’s House
