California wineries partially rep. Owned by Ilhan Omar’s husband, D-Minn., it abruptly shut down in early April as House Republicans probed Omar’s net worth.
Omar’s financial disclosures show Minet owns eStCru Wines, a California wine business, according to California business records obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
“Ilhan Omar has spent her entire career covering up Democrat-enabled fraud that has cost taxpayers billions, so it’s no surprise that she would do the same for her husband. Voters will see right through the corrupt lies of Ilhan Omar and her Democrat colleagues, and they will pay the consequences of their crimes this November at the Republican caucus.” Bomer told Fox News Digital.
The shutdown comes amid a House Oversight Committee investigation into Omar’s finances, with her husband’s assets a key area of focus.

“Financial disclosure forms, filed by your wife’s representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, show eStCru LLC and Rose Lake Capital LLC, in which you own a stake, went from $51,000 in 2023 to $30 million in 2024,” James House, My House, Chair, wrote in James Oversight in February. the letter

“Given that these companies don’t publicly list their investors or where their money comes from, this sudden jump in value raises concerns that unknown people may have invested to influence your wife,” added Comer.
James Comer raised serious questions over Ilhan Omar’s finances after the apparent discrepancy
Comer requested documents and communications related to eStCru and Rose Lake Capital LLC, a Washington, DC-based venture capital firm that Mynett co-founded in 2022.

Political consultant Tim Minet launched eStCru Wines in 2021.
Omar’s 2025 financial disclosures listed her husband’s stake in eStCru as worth between $1 million and $5 million, up from the $15,001 to $50,000 it listed in her 2023 disclosure.
Qamar pointed out the discrepancy in the disclosure forms in his letter, but Omar dismissed it as an accounting error.

“The original filing was based on incomplete information from Mr. Minette’s business accountants respecting good faith and professional judgment. It listed assets without liabilities, and it significantly overstated her husband’s net worth. The accounting errors created a misleading picture of much larger assets,” Omar’s spokesperson told the Minnesota Star Tribune.
After revising her disclosures, Omar claims her and her husband’s assets are worth between $18,004 and $95,000, compared to what was originally reported, between $6 million and $30 million.

“The revised disclosure confirms what we’ve been saying: Congresswomen are not millionaires,” Jacqueline Rogers, Omar’s communications director, told The Wall Street Journal.
Fox News Digital reached out to Omar and the House Oversight Committee for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
